Adobe Products
Adobe Products (Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Pro DC) are available to staff and faculty to conduct university business. For more information on eligibility, cost, and installation, visit the Adobe Products page.
Microsoft 365
All active students* qualify for a free Microsoft 365 (or M365) subscription. Software downloads include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote. Students running Windows can also install Publisher and Access. M365 Office applications can work on multiple devices (up to five PCs or Macs, five tablets, and five phones per user) simultaneously.
Microsoft Azure Dev Tools for Teaching (ADT4T)
All active students* with a valid CWL student account and a UBC Student Email Address now qualify for a free Azure Dev Tools for Teaching (ADT4T) subscription. UBC students must sign up for a UBC Student Email Address before accessing ADT4T.
UBC faculty and IT Support Staff with a valid CWL account also qualify for a free Azure Dev Tools for Teaching (ADT4T) subscription.

Cybersecurity Software
UBC licenses software to increase the security protection on devices used by UBC faculty and staff for University Business. The software offerings include Cisco Secure Endpoint (AMP for Endpoints) and Umbrella Roaming Security Module for Cisco Secure Client. UBC licenses teaching and learning software for students, staff, and faculty. The software offerings include: iClicker, MATLAB, NVivo, Respondus Quiz, Respondus StudyMate, SolidWorks, VideoScribe, Camtasia, and Snagit.
